No firm targets were set – despite the willingness of Europe and all the rest of the developing world to act now. A huge opportunity missed.
The agreement is to talk about it for a few more years. This despite the warning of top scientists, including American experts, that we only have a few years to reduce emissions, to avoid punishing climate shifts.
